Laminates and Sheet Stock
Build Green carries a wide range of stable, uniform and structurally sound green building materials that minimize the impact on existing old-growth and second-growth forests. Our inventory includes plywood, oriented strand board, glu-laminated beams, I-joists and much, much more. And our green building materials are free of pollutants, such as formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
Laminates and Sheet Stock – These engineered wood products are made up of multiple layers of thin wood and are typically stronger, straighter, and more uniform then regular milled lumber. They are also less likely than conventional lumber to warp, twist, bow, or shrink.
